Crane & Son Lawn Care are full-service lawn care experts who can help you with any landscaping project. From maintaining lush lawns on a weekly basis to large-scale commercial projects, our services cover a wide-range of lawn care needs. Residential
Whether you moved into your first home or forever home, we’ll be your partners in making sure your lawn is looking fresh and maintained all year-round. With us, you can expect weekly visits, thorough work and exceptional communication. We offer the following services for our residential customers:
Weekly mowing and edging
Hedge maintenance
Project/contractor management (i.e. irrigation work, tree trimming, etc.)
Commercial
We work with commercial and rental management companies to maintain the grounds for large-scale properties and vacation/rental properties. Our commercial services include coordinating ad-hoc projects to meet the unique requirements our clients request such as event landscaping, irrigation installs and major break repairs. Together, we will work with you to determine the scope of work and develop a comprehensive contract for services. Commercial property services may include:
Weekly mowing and edging
Grounds refreshing
Project/contractor management (i.e. major irrigation work, tree trimming, etc.)
Refresh
Whether or not you need weekly lawn care services, we can also help you with one-off projects. We work with you to determine what will work best for your landscape and take on the heavy lifting. Refresh services may include:
Mulching
Re-sodding
Simple landscape design
Temporary Landscaping
Temporary landscaping can take your event or gathering to the next level. We are experienced in designing and installing temporary landscaping and maintaining it throughout your event. If you are looking for a way to elevate a space and impress prospective clients, neighbors or even your family, we are here to help you plan.
Working with Us

Regular weekly visits are a crucial part of how we care for your lawn. You can expect the Crane & Son team to be at your property every week. In the off-season (October - March), your lawn may not need service, but we will still stop by to check in regardless.
Our working hours are between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m, Monday - Friday. Our services to your property may begin at any point during these hours. If there is an occasion you require services outside of these hours, please let us know, and we will work to accommodate as best we can.
There may be circumstances where we are unable to get to your property or service it due to inclement weather, access issues, yard waste or other unforeseen circumstances. If this is the case, the team will be in contact as soon as possible.

If you have additional yard needs outside our standard weekly visits, we are more than happy to accommodate. Let us know what kind of project you are looking to accomplish, and we can work with you to plan it out. If there are tasks that the Crane & Son team are unable to complete, we can help refer you to other vendors and assist in managing the project with any outside partners. Additional projects can be invoiced separately or added to your monthly invoice.

We send out our lawn care maintenance invoices by email on the 15th of the month. Payment can be made by credit card, check, cash, back transfer and Zelle. If an invoice is overdue, we will send out courtesy reminders. If payment is not received in a timely manner after the courtesy reminder is send out, late fees may occur.

Access
In order for us to service your property, please ensure the Crane & Son team have suitable access to all areas of your yard. This includes providing neighborhood gate codes, unlocking gates/padlocks and providing keys, if applicable. If there are any concerns or hesitations, please notify us prior to us arriving at your property.
Pet Waste and Yard Obstacles
We love your furry friends! However, we require all pet waste to be picked up prior to us arriving to service your property. If this is not done, we will skip your property and we may terminate our services. In addition, the areas we service must be free of all yard obstacles such as hoses, lawn ornaments, toys and holiday decorations. If you are unable to do so, please let us know immediately so we can anticipate any obstructions to service.

We aim to stay in frequent contact with our customers to ensure quality service and partnership. Text or call the Crane & Son Lawn Care team at (407) 427-4732 during our working hours of 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday with any questions or concerns. We will let you know as soon as possible about any schedule, service or invoice changes, as well as if there are any issues regarding your property.

The following information is needed from all first-time customers in order for you to be processed into our system: email, phone number and credit card number. (For security purposes, we will call you to provide your credit card number over the phone.)
For those who require weekly services, your first invoice will be processed at the start of the service and then processed every 15th of the month.
For individual projects, we require 50% deposit to schedule the work and the remaining balance to be made upon the project’s completion.
